Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) is a methodology of delivering education to engage students in different parts of the world with content. Students discover different perspectives on issues to create new learning experiences and perhaps collaboration beyond the classroom.
At TRU, SOCW 4800, International Social Work was delivered in the COIL format with students in Kamloops and Pakistan. This session will discuss the methodology employed, its outcomes and future direction.
